Such an ableist attitude. I can handle it, but somebody who has carpal tunnel syndrome or heaven forbid, a disability might not be able to manage it. So what are they supposed to do? Forgo the joy of using garlic in a dish? I don't think so.
Maybe he would have lived longer if he'd just taken it easy and used minced garlic.
