If I were to ever get into politics, I have an idea so Hospital parking and Public transit can be free services.
Implement parking fees at Casinos (since people are GOING there to spend money), in order to fund hospital parking lots and public transit.

Closed Captions
Friendly reminder folks:
Subtitles and Closed Captions aren't the same thing.
Subtitles are the spoken dialogue, whether in the native tongue or dubbed.
Closed Captions not only transmit what's spoken, they are also designed to give audio cues for what's happening that is unspoken, such as environmental noises.
